I haven't seen "In The Company Of Men", so I'll take your word that it's a good movie. I'm never optimistic, though, when Hollywood begins tinkering with the novels of the great pulp guys like Willeford or Jim Thompson, or any of the others. "The Grifters", of course, was an exception, but I tremble at the thought of a present-day remake of "The Maltese Falcon" or "The Asphalt Jungle".
I'll go see "The Burnt Orange Heresy", but my expectations won't be nearly as high as my hopes.
